About M.O.V.E. The ministry of M.O.V.E. – Men of Victory and Excellence – is designed to provide a platform for the spiritual development of the men of Victory Christian Center. We desire to raise the quality of male leadership in our congregation as we mentor men to become better husbands, caring fathers, godly leaders, and positive role models in the community. Our ministry includes monthly meals together – a breakfast or dinner – prepared by the men to foster fellowship and to breed the strength of servant/leadership among brothers in Christ. We also host an annual men’s retreat that includes fun, food, fellowship, and a time away from the busyness of life to hear from God and to cement strong covenantal relationships among the men. Small groups are a vital part of our strategy since they provide spiritual growth and ministry opportunities. The group is lead by a leadership team who plan and facilitate the meetings, are available to minister to men, and serve the men’s ministry in various capacities.
